Shipping policy

Free delivery (for orders more than $200) is available for all local orders within Singapore and orders to Australasia, North America, Western Europe, South East Asia and East Asia regions. Upon receiving the order confirmation, please allow 3-7 days for local deliveries and up to 14 days for offshore deliveries, depending on your continent.

Express door to door delivery is also available for overseas orders with a flat fee of $25. Do note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes or forwarding address.

K.Blu insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a sign off for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a sign off by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by K.Blu and transfer responsibility in the same way.
