Full priced items
Only full priced items are eligible for exchange to store credit within 7 days from time of shipment. Items must be unwashed, unworn, in original packaging, tags and hygiene liner. We do not offer refunds at this time. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*We do not accept exchange or refund for panties due to hygiene reasons.
Sales items
All purchases made on discount codes, promotions and sales are final and cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
